Intro:So the Lead Synthesizer puzzles consist of 2 parts. The first part involves climbing up on to pads and manipulating blocks into predetermined spaces. In otherwords, put the Green and Blue blocks into the green block outlines.
If a green or blue cube is placed in a purple block outline, it will activate a bridge within the puzzle. The second part of the puzzle involves entering a musical pattern into a console. The success of the pattern you enter is determined by both the decay of the notes and their duration. As you continue through the puzzles, your patterns will involve multiple pitch possibilties as well. The following videos are video tutorials for each puzzle that contain solutions for both parts or each puzzle.Puzzle #1. Puzzle #5:Now Puzzle 5 is alittle more in depth. It requires you to have realized that there are 4 areas that have a window that seems to be viewing a bunch of squares. Upon closer inspection, you'll notice that these squares line up.When you left click your mouse, a symbol along with 2 lines will appear on your screen.
These lines symbolize how you'll need to tune the synthesizer. All you need to do is tune the synthesizer, no precise combination of tones is required. What I recommend you do at this point is either:-Remember what they look like-Take a picture so you don't have to remember-You are reading this guide, so look below!Single Line Symbol:Quasi Triangle Symbol:Triangle Symbol:Square/Rhombus Symbol:Now that you've observed the following symbols, all you need to do is go to the fifth lead synthesizer location and program the symbols. The video below will show you how to tune the synthesizer and complete the mission! So the Bass Synthesizer puzzles consist of 2 parts. The first part involves manipulating paths for a light beam into these purple energy orbs.
The puzzles get progressively more difficult in that you'll have to start tuning the light beams to specific frequencies in order to activate gauges. These gauges can be somewhat difficult to deal with, but they're definitely doable. The second part of the puzzle involves entering a musical pattern into a console. The success of the pattern you enter is determined by both the decay of the notes and their duration. After you've entered an ideal pattern you have to walk through the opening doors while avoiding getting flattened. Generally as long as you run through, you'll be ok.:)The following videos are video tutorials for each puzzle that contain solutions for both parts or each puzzle.Puzzle #1. Puzzle #5:Now Puzzle 5 is alittle more in depth like the last Lead synth puzzle before it. It requires you to have realized that there are 4 areas that have a weird glyph-object.
Upon closer inspection, you'll notice that these glyphs contain a shape with one of 5 notches around it highlighted. These notches symbolize how you'll need to tune the synthesizer. All you need to do is tune the synthesizer, no precise combination of tones is required. So this is essentially similar to the last Lead Synthesizer puzzle. What I recommend you do at this point is either:-Remember what they look like-Take a picture so you don't have to remember-You are reading this guide, so look below!Quasi Triangle Symbol:Triangle Symbol:Square/Rhombus Symbol:Pentagon Symbol:And of course, here's a video showing you how to tune the synthesizer as well. So the Pad Synthesizer puzzles consist of 2 parts. The first part involves funneling paths for a green light beam. The important thing to realize about these puzzles are that you actually haven't completed them until you've done part 2.The second part of the puzzle involves entering a musical pattern into a console. The success of the pattern you enter is determined by both the decay of the notes and their duration. Since the Pad synthesizers will allow you to have polyphony(multiple pitches simeultaneously) you'll need to take advantage of this to complete these kinds of puzzles. The following videos are video tutorials for each puzzle that contain solutions for both parts or each puzzle.Puzzle #1.
Puzzle #5:So this puzzle will require you to have observed another set off glyphs unique to the Pad synthesizer levels. This time though, there are only three as opposed to four. When you inspect these, try to keep both the height and the orientation of the notch in mind. Like before you have a couple options:-Remember what these are-Take a screenshot with Steam-Or just look below:)Quasi Triangle Symbol:Triangle Symbol:Square/Rhombus Symbol:And here is a video that shows you how to complete puzzle 5. So I've added this section to address your any questions that anyone has. Feel free to leave your questions in the comments:QUESTION: 'Where do you get the waypoints you are showing in the video?' Answer: I do realize this is something i don't go over very well in these video guides.:) The Link below will show you how to get all of the waypoints in FRACT OSC:Question: 'Will you be doing a tutorial of the final level?'
Answer: That depends, most likely no. If it is requested enough than I would definitely consider doing one.As a general tip for that area, keep in mind that you don't always have to be on a specific platform to manipulate specifc blocks or tiles. For example, when you can move some of the giant columns, they can be moved from anywhere in the room.Once you get to the very end of the puzzle, the only thing that is required is to tune the final synthesizer, provided you took pictures or you are looking at this guide, you really shouldn't have any problems.
